Quality & Compliance

A Quality System Built for Customer Audit

Certified management systems, documented in-process control, in-house testing and full batch traceability from raw material intake to shipment.

“Quality is not a document we issue at the end of a batch. It is the record we keep at every step, so that a customer on the other side of the world can verify what we produced.”
Quality Department · Shandong Haineng Bioengineering

Documented Procedures

Standard operating procedures cover intake, production, testing, release, warehousing and complaint handling at all our bases.

Verified by Testing

Specifications are confirmed by in-house analytical testing on every lot, not by supplier declaration alone.

Open to Audit

Customer and third-party audits are welcome by appointment, with records prepared in advance by the quality team.

Quality Control Process

Six Control Points From Intake to Shipment

Each step generates a record that forms part of the batch file reviewed before release.

01

Raw Material Intake

Supplier qualification review, identity testing and sampling of every incoming lot before warehouse release.

02

In-process Control

Critical process parameters such as temperature, mixing time and moisture are recorded at defined checkpoints.

03

Finished Product Testing

Assay, moisture, particle size, microbiological and heavy metal testing performed in the in-house laboratory.

04

Batch Release

Quality department reviews the complete batch record and issues the certificate of analysis before release.

05

Packaging & Storage

Line clearance, label verification and controlled warehouse conditions with first-expiry-first-out rotation.

06

Post-shipment Traceability

Retained samples and records are kept for the defined shelf life period to support customer verification.

Testing Capability

In-house Laboratory, Documented Methods

Testing is performed in our own laboratory so that results are available before batch release. Methods are written into internal standard operating procedures and reviewed periodically against customer specification requirements.

  • Assay by HPLCActive content verification for vitamin D3 metabolites
  • Moisture & Loss on DryingGravimetric method per in-house SOP
  • Particle Size DistributionSieving and laser diffraction analysis
  • Bulk & Tapped DensityFlow property data for premix blending
  • Total Plate CountMicrobiological limit testing
  • Yeasts & MouldsMicrobiological limit testing
  • Salmonella & E. coliPathogen screening on defined lots
  • Heavy MetalsLead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury by ICP
  • Dioxin ScreeningPerformed for export lots as required
  • Stability TestingAccelerated and long-term storage studies

Traceability & Documentation

Records Available for Every Batch

The documentation set below is prepared as part of routine operations, not assembled on request.

Batch Traceability

Each production lot carries a unique batch number linking raw material intake records, in-process data, finished product testing and shipment documents.

Certificate of Analysis

A certificate of analysis is issued for every shipment, reporting assay, moisture, microbiological limits and heavy metals against the agreed specification.

Retained Samples

Retained samples and batch records are kept for the defined shelf life period so that any customer query can be verified against original data.

Supplier Qualification

Raw material suppliers are approved through documentation review, sample testing and periodic re-evaluation before being placed on the approved list.

Internal Audit Programme

A scheduled internal audit covers our production bases each year, with corrective actions tracked to closure by the quality department.

Customer Audit Support

Customer and third-party audits are supported with prepared documentation, facility access and follow-up responses to findings.

What a Certificate of Analysis Contains

Each certificate reports the tested values for the specific batch shipped, together with the test method reference, production date, expiry date and batch number.

  • Product name and batch number
  • Assay result and method reference
  • Moisture / loss on drying
  • Particle size where applicable
  • Total plate count, yeasts and moulds
  • Heavy metals (Pb, As, Cd, Hg)
  • Production and expiry date
  • Signature of the quality department
